Road Conditions:
·         As per last meeting Kevin Cosgrove and Tony Tysver worked on the crack on Mountain Lake Road, did minor grading on N. Park Trail.  Nothing was done to the ditch that attaches to the Roman’s Property.  Professional Grading and additional crush and run were recommended.  Brandon Wright has also been grading the first hill as needed.  Art Ross also did some maintenance coming into the development and down the first road.  It was suggested that we purchase a few bags of the quick-crete to put into the pot holes at the front entrance.  A very big THANK YOU to Tony, Kevin C., Brandon and Art for using their time and equipment to help the neighborhood out.  Thank You!  Thank You!

·         Kelli and Joe Mays stated they would get pricing for grading and truck rental via Joe’s Dad.
·         Art will be researching old grading prices from the past.
·         We are still waiting on the proofs for the liability signs.
Neighborhood Watch:
·        Our Neighborhood Watch Officer has been asked to speak with us at the next meeting.  Kevin Cosgrove will coordinate.
·        Linda Sexton will be calling neighbors to gather information for the neighborhood watch program.
New Business:
·        Dan Hayman has agreed to be the neighborhoods new post office liaison.
·        John Mc Laughlin will be researching information on the old grant that was awarded to the neighborhood regarding our damn/dry hydrants
·        It was suggested that we should have the fire department up to flush out the hydrants
·        Mike Gummo will be checking to see when Amherst’s next Board of Supervisors meeting and we will try to attend those meetings to research possible resources for the roads.

Lake Clean Up:
We will have our annual Lake Clean up date on November 13th starting at 12 noon with a Tailgate Potluck to follow.  Please come and join us for community service and the opportunity to socialize.  Rain date will be November 20th.

As always if you have any questions or concerns please contact one of your trustees and we will do our best to assist you.

Thanks again to all of our wonderful volunteers and please drive safely.
